Strato-X
Strato-X
is a flag ship project of Global Western. The Strato-X slogan is
"Two people, two days, at 100,000 feet." This is not a record
setting altitude and as a result, the balloon mission becomes quite a
bit more economical than the extremely large balloons required for
world record altitudes.
The original purpose of Strato-X was
only for near-space tourism. However, in our limited marketing
outreaches to date we have found a strong interest from members of the
scientific ballooning community in manned or unmanned scientific
ballooning.
