Large balloons are balloons over 1 million cubic feet displacement.

Global Western can supply large plastic membrane balloons for your stratospheric ballooning needs.  We normally contract for design, analysis, and fabrication of  large plastic membrane balloons on a case by case basis.  Please call or email with your project parameters and we can recommend a suitable balloon.   We specialize in medium lift (100 to 1000 pounds payload) balloons made from 0.75 mil thick low density polyethylene.   A rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost for a 1 million cubic foot balloon is $30,000.
